Today I hosted a lecture about business planning and entrepreneurship at the University for the Creative Arts.
I absolutely enjoyed speaking to students about how I went about setting up my business, I shared some of the ups and downs that I refer to as lessons. I also shared some tips on how to find a gap in the market, how to draft your first business plan, legal requirements you have to be aware of and all that jazz that you might face when you’re “doing it your way.”
I have attached few of the slides from the Business Plan 101 below – please note this is a very simple business plan outline and you can apply it either to your personal or professional life.
